1 Cup apple sauce1/4 Brown Sugar Splenda1/4 Cup Margarine2 large egg whites2 tsp Vanilla extract2 Cups Chickpeas2 Cups of semisweet chocolate chips1 Cup white Flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp bakin soda1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, beak apple sauce, margarine and splend until smooth. Beat egg whites and vanilla, then the chickpeas and chocolate chips. Add the flour, oats baking soda and salt and mix on low speed until a thick doug forms.
Drop the dough by the tablespoonful onto the baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart. Bake cookies until gloden brown, about 11 to 13 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
