Polish Soup

Ingredients
One pound of Kowalaski Polish Kielbasa, sliced thin3, 32 ounce boxes of Kitchen Basicx Unsalted Chicken cooking Stock2 cans Kroger Great Northern Beans1, 14 oz. can Hunt's diced tomatoes2 cups onions, chopped2 cups green cabbage, chopped2 cups red cabbage chopped2 cups potatoes, sliced thin, unpeeled2 cups cauliflower, chopped1 cup celery, chopped with leaves4 cloves garlic, whole1 cup baby portabella mushrooms, chopped
Directions
Throw everything into a pot. Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer and cook until the potatoes are done. About 1 hours.
