Asparagus chow mein

Ingredients
* Spaghetti, cooked (pasta),1 pound * Asparagus, sliced thin 1 pound * Onions, diced, 1 medium * Carrots, sliced thin, 1 large * Garlic, minced 3 clove * Water chestnuts (canned, 1 can), 1 cup slices * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop the vegetables while the water for the noodles is heating up. While the pasta is draining start the veg sautéing in a large frying pan, or if you have it a wok, in the olive oil. Add the soy sauce after you add the pasta.
