Chicken Pork Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)*Pork, fresh, separable fat, raw, 20 oz (remove)Beef, round steak, 1.3 lb (remove)Olive Oil, 6 tbsp (remove)Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 2 tsp (remove)*Onion powder, 3 tbsp (remove)Garlic powder, 3 tbsp (remove)*Mr Yoshida's marinade, 12 serving (remove)Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)*Birds Eye Baby Pea & Vegetable Blend, 26 oz (remove)
Directions
Defrost frozen vegetables. Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Heat wok and add olive oil. Add meats and spices to pan. Stir fry in olive oil until browned and done. Add defrosted vegetables and cook until warm - do not overcook. Add Yoshida's and cook until hot. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
