Oriental Chicken Salad

3 Chicken breasts (cooked; sliced or cubed; use schnitzel seasoning)1 cup slivered almonds4 TBSP sesame seeds1 large head cabbage (shredded. I prefer the red cabbage)2 bunches green onions, snipped2 pkgs. Ramen-Pride Chicken flavored (uncooked & crumbled; save seasonings for dressing)Directions:Toast sesame seeds & almond slivers in oven til brown (10-15 minutes @ 350 degrees). Cool. Tosschicken, seeds, almonds, cabbage & green onions.SALAD DRESSINGIngredients:4 TBSP sugar1 cup vegetable oil6 TBSP rice vinegar (I've used Balsamic)1 tsp pepper1 TBSP sesame oil2 pkgs seasoning from Ramen-Pride noodlesDirections:Blend all above ingredients & pour over mixed salad. Stir in crumbled Ramen-Pride noodles just before serving to keep them crunchy.

Blend all above ingredients & pour over mixed salad. Stir in crumbled Ramen-Pride noodles just before serving to keep them crunchy.
