Tuna and prawn pasta bake

Ingredients
olive oilspring onions - bunch chopped1/2 leek-chopped4 cauliflower florets - small pieces1/2 orange pepper diced250g tricolor fusili pastawhite sauce - milk, flour and butter rouxdanish blue cheese crumbled4 sliced tomatoes
Directions
heat oil in frying pan
add onions and leeks with other veg to spften while cooking pasta as per instructions
when veg soft put into bowl
make shwite sauce as per roux
mix tuna and prawns with softened veg in bowl - add roux
lay in overproof dish
put sliced tomatoes on top with crumbled shees
bake for 25-30 mins
