Pork Loin & Vegetable Pasta in Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb pork loin chops1 can tomato soup1/2 c tomato sauce1 can Four Cheese Pasta Sauce1/2 white onion, chopped1 box Smart Taste Rotini1 can artichoke hearts in watersalt & pepper to tasteBijol seasoning to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package. Add corn and peas towards end to cook.

In a different pot cook pork, onion and salt. Once rendered, add tomato sauce, tomato soup, water and artichoke hearts. After mixed well, add pasta sauce. Let simmer in pot.

Drain pasta and mix pasta, vegetables and sauce together.

Makes 8 servings!
