Taco Beef and Fucilli Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, cooked1 cup tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup shallots, chopped1 tbsp reduced salt taco seasoning1 cup frozen corn2 cans tomato soup, undiluted1 lb (2 cups) fusilli pasta
Directions
Cook ground beef. Add tomatoes, shallots, taco seasoning, 1 can of soup and the corn. Cook the pasta; drain. Add beef mixture to the pasta. Add pasta and beef to a 3 QT casserole dish. Pour the second can of soup over top. Cover and cook for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.

Top with cheese if you want.

Makes 10 1-cup servings.
