Spinach and Tuna lunch

Ingredients
6 cups of fresh spinach 2 garlic cloves, chopped3 Tbsp. of onion1 cup of tomato, chopped2 cans of tuna, canned in water 1 tsp of olive oil.
Directions
Preheat a pan, add olive oil.
Add garlic and onion, then add tomato and sauttee.
Add spinach and cook until reduced.
Add Tuna and let simmer for a few minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
