Low Carb Spiced Tuna Patties

Tuna, Canned in Water 125 grams Garlic 1 tsp Coriander(cilantro) raw, 1 tbspLemon Juice 1tspCumin seed half-tspBlack Pepper half-tspCoconut meat, dried (desiccated), not sweetened 15 gram Hot Chili Peppers 1tspEgg 1 largeOlive Oil 1tsp
Serves 1
Drain tuna well and place in bowl
Add egg and beat in.
Grind cumin seeds, black pepper and coconut to powder
Chop cilantro, add to tuna.
Stir in lemon juice, chopped chili, chopped garlic to tuna mix
Stir in coconut spice mixture
Blend together.
Form into patties of required size, they dont cook very firm, so smaller is easier.
Fry with 1 tsp oil until browned and cooked through, less than 15 mins, depends on size.
