Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast1 c sliced or chopped carrots1/2-3/4 C sugar snap peas or snow peas1/2 bell pepper sliced or chopped2 stalks celery, chopped2 slices of onion, chopped in large pieces1/2 c or so of Panda Express Mandarin Sauce
Directions
marinate chicken breasts for a while in 2 T of mandarin sauce.
Chop all veggies and chicken. Put a T of olive oil in pan, fry chicken cubes until done. Add veggies and remainder of sauce and stir on med high heat until veggies tender. Serve on brown rice.
