Salsa Tilapia

Ingredients
3/4 lb - 6 or 7 small fresh fish fillets (tilapia or mild white fish)1 jar of salsa1 yellow squash1 zucchini1 tomato2 peppers, 1 red and 1 yellow2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Lay tilapia fillets inside aluminum foil packet, add veggies and salsa
Seal packet and cook on the grill over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side
Serve over rice
