Ham and Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients
1 can cream of celery soup1 c. milk, 1/%1/4 c. finely chopped onion1/4 tsp. dried crumbled marjoram1/4 tsp. crumbled dried rosemary1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese1 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix2 c. diced cooked ham2 c. cut asparagus spears, cooked and drained1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
In a saucepan, combine cream of celery soup, milk, onion, marjoram, and rosemary; heat over medium heat just to boiling. Add cheese; stir until mixture is smooth and cheese is melted. In a lightly buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole, layer 1/3 of the dry stuffing mix; top with half of the ham, half of the asparagus, and half of the cheese sauce. Repeat layers. Mix remaining 1/3 of the stuffing mix with 1 Tbsp. melted butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until casserole is hot and bubbly. Serves 4-6

    Instead of stuffing used 1/2 cup breadcrumbs on top; also changed from Cheddar to Swiss (that's what I had on hand). came out great!! - 4/28/11
