2 cups Elbow macaroniFrozen mixed vegetables1 can Tuna1 can Cream of Celery or any kind of creamy soup1/4 cup fat free or lite Miracle Whip or Sour CreamWater 1 cup shredded Tex Mex or other shredded cheesespice to your tastes
cook macaroni per pkg instructions, when the macaroni is close to being finished add frozen vegetables to the water. Strain macaroni and vegetables. In the same pot add can of soup, miracle whip, tuna and mix. Add macaroni and vegetables back to the pot and add water to desired consistency. Add spices to taste and add shredded cheese. The cheese will melt into the tuna casserole.
