Summer Garden Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 large baby zucchini, chopped1/2 medium onion, chopped2 cloves of garlic, minced1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 1/2 tbsp oregano1 can diced tomatoes4 fresh basil leaves, chopped
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add zucchini, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Saute until vegetables are tender about 10 minutes. Add can of diced tomatoes and basil leaves and heat through.

Note: If sauce is too thick add any reserved pasta water to thin sauce
