Spinach & Bacon Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
1 whole egg3 egg whites1 tbls lite sour cream2 tbls Hormel Bacon Bits1/4 Cup Sargento reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 cup chopped fresh spinach1/4 tsp oil1 tsp Chicken broth
Directions
Whip eggs and sour cream together.
Heat nonstick pan. Add oil and broth. Pour egg mixture in.
Top with spinach, bacon and cheese.
Cook over med heat with lid on pan until set.
