Chili

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef1 large can diced tomatoes2 cans light kidney beans2 packets of chili seasoning
Directions
Brown meat (I do this by boiling the beef in water, but you can also brown it in frying pan). Drain water (or grease) and put in crock pot. Add other ingredients and simmer on low for at least 6 hours.

1 serving is 1 cup prepared.
