1 whole-wheat English muffin2/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese, not packed1 tsp SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated1/3 tsp ground cinnamonfat-free cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Coat a nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray.
3. Split muffin in half and set aside.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, SPLENDAŽ Granulated Sweetener, and ground cinnamon.
5. Spread mixture over muffin half.
6. Place muffin on prepared cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
