4 T flour4 T sugar (it works better with real sugar, but you can use Splenda)2 T cocoa1 egg6 T skim milk
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add milik and eggs and stir until blended. Microwave on high for about five minutes. Makes one large serving.

My microwave is ancient, so your might cook quicker. Sorry you didn't like it :-(
