Ingredients
4 T flour4 T sugar (it works better with real sugar, but you can use Splenda)2 T cocoa1 egg6 T skim milk
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add milik and eggs and stir until blended. Microwave on high for about five minutes. Makes one large serving.

    OMG it's magic! Totally satisfied my chocolate cake craving. Used Whole wheat pastry flower and subsituted 2/4 T of sugar with splenda then added 1 T of dark chocolate mini chips : ) It was fluffy and warm and mmm! - 5/1/10
