Salmon and Rice

Ingredients
2 large eggs3/4 cups milk1 yellow onion (medium) - choppedBumble Bee Red Salmon (7.5 oz) - drained1 Uncle Ben's Enriched Long Grain Rice (Boil-in-Bag)2 tbsp buttersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat skillet on medium heat and start cooking rice as directed. Add chopped onion and salmon to skillet and let cook for 5 minutes, turn down heat to Low. Once rice is done, add rice, milk, eggs, salt and pepper to skillet, turn heat back up to medium. Let cook until no liquid left. Add butter and let melt. Ready to eat!
