Ingredients
1 fit active wrap (This is a wrap from Aldis.. Others change calculations) 1/4 cup ragu homestyle pizza sause1/2 cup low fat mozz (also aldis)1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1/4 cup onions (cut any way you like)
Directions
The entire pizza is 1 serving

Preheat oven to 350
Lightly spray both sides of wrap with 0 calorie cooking spray
Bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven
Add pizza sause, cheese, onions, and mushrooms
Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes at 350

    I love this! I add Aldi's Italian chicken sausage, turkey pepperoni, and some mild banana pepper rings. (I know the sausage and pepperoni up the calories, but it's actually not by much, and I personally need more calories and protein in a dinner). - 11/21/18

    I made it tonight. It was awesome! even my husband said "it's a keeper!" I added pepperoni slices on for him. I also just used a small can of plain tomato sauce and added some Italian spices. I was so glad to see that this recipe was already added into SparkPeople. Thank you! - 6/3/10
