Ingredients
6 Talipia fillets1/4 C italian style breadcrumbs1 tsp salt1 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp pepper

Combine all dry ingredients in a gallon size freezer bag. Add fish, one piece at a time and shake to coat well. Place in a lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes. Turn and bake another 10 minutes or until juices run clear. Serves 4
