Pasta dinner with beef

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 small onion1 clove garlic1/4 cup wine - any kind3 T olive oil1 14.5 oz can Del Monte Organic diced tomatoes1 15 oz can Contadina Organic sauce1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms1 bunch cooked broccoli rappini1 box 13.5 oz Dreamfields penne rigati
Directions
Brown meat
Remove from skillet and drain
Saute mushrooms
Add oil and saute onions until clear
Add garlic and saute 1 minute
Add wine and deglaze skillet
Simmer until reduced
Add meat back, stir and season with onion powder, garlic powder and pepper
Add canned sauce and diced tomatoes
Simmer until thickened
Add chopped parsley and basil if desired
Serve over cooked pasta and rappini
Note: This pasta has only 5 grams of digestible carbs
