Ingredients
Directions
1 cup old fashioned oats1 cup skim milk powder2 tbsp dried fruit (raisins, crasins, other) I used SunMaid Fruit Bits2 tbsp bittersweet chocolate chips1 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp baking powder3 tbsp whole wheat flour1 packet sweetener (I used Purevia)1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamonOptional2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter (added in this version)or1 tbsp flaxseeds (not figured in this version for cal count)
Combine dry ingredients, mix thoroughly. Add applesauce and mix well. Form into 6 mounds on cookie sheet or baking stone. Can also be made in a bar pan or small baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

*edit- I have been mixing all of the dry ingredients and placing the in a zip lock bags and then I just have to preheat the oven add applesauce and I have cookies in no time! My favorite breakfast for almost 3 months now! - 5/7/10
