Mango & Shrimp Salad

1 pound shrimp3 large mangos, cut into chunks1/2 red bell pepper, minced3 TBSP chopped fresh cilantroJuice of 3 limessalt
Marinate the shrimp in juice of one lime and some salt for 15 min and then grill until cooked throughout. Cut mango into bite size chunks. Chop cilantro. Place all ingredients into bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and serve or chill for 1 hour and serve.
