EASY SHRIMP GUMBO

Ingredients
Shrimp, raw, 20 medium Okra, 2 cup slices Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Nestle Chef Mate Creole Sauce, .5 cup Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
Directions
Spray cast iron pan with cooking spray. Saute onions and Okra till both are well done. Add can of diced tomatoes and Shrimp. Simmer for 3 minutes then remove from heat and let stand.
