1 Whole Wheat Pita3oz Shrimp1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (reduced milk)6 Strips Yellow Bell Peppers1/4 Cup Chopped Serrano Peppers1/4 Cup Chopped Scallions1/4 Cup Red Onions1/2 Cup Tomatoe Sauce1 tsp. Crushed Red Peppers1 tbsp Dried Basil
Preheat oven 300F
Cook Shrimp in pan with scallion, serrano peppers, and crushed red pepper in meduim sauce pan until done.
Spread tomatoe sauce on pita bread.
Then place shrimp, scallion, and pepper mixture to pita.
Spread mozzarella on top.
Add yellow bell peppers and red onions to you pizza.
Put in oven for 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle Basil on top.
