Ingredients
Directions
1 banana, mashed slightly (ripe is better)1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries (not thawed)1/2 cup Stonyfield Farms Low-Fat French Vanilla Yogurt (or other good yogurt)1 tbsp. honey3 ice cubescouple tbs. of 1% milk or water to thin out for consistency
Throw it all in a blender and blend on high speed until ice is broken down and all ingredients are well blended. I love this after a hard workout...just a little fat, and a great balance of proteins and carbs and potassium for those achy muscles. Get creative by switching out the berries with your favorite. I like the wild blueberries because they are small and incorporate well.
