Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup unbleached flour.5 tsp baking soda.25 tsp salt2 Tbsp sugar 1 cup egg substitute (I use nulaid)1 cup low fat cottage cheese.5 cup low fat milk
Directions
This makes 12 pancakes. (I measure 1 pancake per serving - that way you can enter how many you ate)

Put everything in a food processor / blender and pulse till blended.

Spray pan with pam and cook pancakes over medium heat.
