Ingredients
Wheat bran, crude, 1 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cupBlueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove)*Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz (remove)Honey, 0.5 cupBaking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tspEgg white, 1 servingOlive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add blueberries.
Blend wet ingredients.
Combine wet and dry, mixing onlyt until thoroughly moistened.
Bake in muffin tin coated w cooking spray for 15 minutes or until lighly browned.
