Strawberry "Milkshakes" with Avocado

Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries1.5 cups 1% milk1/4 of a small avocado1 tsp. vanilla extractstevia to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Adjust ingredients to taste and consistency preference. Makes approximately 3 1.5-cup servings.

    okay recipe to use up odds n ends. I added honey instead of stevia and used yogurt instead of milk - 9/8/10

    I just tweaked it by adding a banana, and 2 tsp of sugar to it instead of the stevia. it was ok. a bit of a weird mix but I think the banana I added was a bit too much. without the banana it may have been fine. couldn't taste much more than the banana. recommend adding more strawberries if u add it. - 7/22/10
