Coconut Breaded Shrimp

Ingredients
20 large peeled shrimp1/3 cup panko bread crumbs2 tbsp shredded coconut1/8 cup egg whites1 tbsp flour
Directions
Dry shrimp, and create one plate with flour, one with egg white and one with panko bread crumbs mixed with coconut. Coat shrimp in flour, then egg white, then panko crumbs and coconut, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 375*F.
