1 package Soy Crumbles (refridgerated kind, not frozen)1 cup Onion, chopped2 Carrots, chopped0.5 cup Red Pepper, chopped2 cups frozen Spinach, thawed3 cloves of Garlic, chopped1 small can of Tomato Paste2T Ketchup2T BBQ Sauce2T Balsalmic Vinegaroptional: Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, Chili Flakes, Hot Sauce
Combine all ingrediants in a slow cooker with half a cup of water and let simmer for at least 4 hours. Serve with your favorite bun or wrapped in a tortilla!
