* *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 16 oz (remove) * *Spinach, cooked, 2 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tbsp (remove) * Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup (remove) * Ham, regular (11% fat), 3 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") (remove) * Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove) * Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 4 oz (remove)
Directions
* Hervir las hojas de lasagna en agua con sal.
* Relleno 1: saltar la acelga con cebolla picada, sal, pimienta y nuez moscada.
* Relleno 2: ricota con pedacitos de jamon cortado, sal y pimienta.
* Alternar pasta, rellenos, salsa de tomate. terminar con salsa de tomate y queso.
