Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 cup chopped onion (raw or frozen)1 cup chopped green pepper (raw or frozen)1 can black beans, well drained and rinsed1 package taco seasoning (4 TBSP)
Directions
Makes 8 1/2-cup servings

Add ground turkey, bell pepper, and onions to skillet. Cook on high heat, stirring often, until turkey is fully-cooked (no sign of pink). Add black beans and taco seasoning and let simmer for five minutes.

Serve with your favorite taco toppings (sour cream, cheddar cheese, guacamole, tomatoes, black olives, green onions, etc) and corn chips.
