Raspberry-Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
1 large orange, peeled and cut1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries1/2 cup 1% milkIce
Directions
Cut and peel orange [slicing it will result in the least pulp]. Add orange and raspberries to blender. Add milk and ice as desired [I use a whole tray]. Blend until smooth.

Drink and enjoy!
