Buffalo Chicken Wing Chili - Rachael Ray's modified

Ingredients
24 oz ground chicken breast1 Tbs olive oil1 large onion1 c chopped carrots3 ribs chopped celery5 cloves garlic1 can low sodium low fat chicken broth15 oz can tomato sauce25 oz can crushed tomatoes.25 to .75 c hot sauce (I used franks and used .75 c)1 bay leaf1 Tbs smoked paprikapepper to taste
Directions
In a large pot, brown the chicken and break up while cooking into small pieces. Add the vegetables and cook for a few minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for half an hour.

Nutritional information is based on how I made it, with less fat and added hot sauce (3/4 c). I served mine with a few bleu cheese crumbles as I had room in my dietary goals for the day, but it is just as good without.
