Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.25 cupEgg white, 1 servingPrego Spaghetti Sauce, 16 tbspMushrooms 1 lbOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 oz (not included)
Directions
Dip the chicken in the egg white then the bread crumbs. Brown in 1 tbs of the oil. Remove.

Brown aromatics in same pan, add pasta sauce and bring to a simmer. Return chicken to [an, cover and simmer until done, approx 15-20 minutes.

Serve over pasta with parmesean sprinkled.

    I used the Panko bread crumbs and a sauce with lower sodium. Still a great dish! - 5/12/10
