I absolutely loved them. The color was beautiful, and I didnt even add syrup. They were great just like that. A hit in my house. - 10/5/10

Delicious! Perfect for a fall morning. These don't need syrup, try with applebutter or warmed applesauce like I did! I'll be keeping this one, thanks! - 10/5/14

Yummy! Although I used a low-cal syrup, the next time, I won't. They are moist and delicious all on their own. - 1/9/13

Could not find any plan pumpkin puree only pie filling so omitted the additonal sugar, spices and applesauce. Also very slowly added the milk until batter looked like correct consistency. It was sooo good that I made a second batch to freeze and keep on hand. Thank you!!! - 9/17/11

I used gluten free bisquik, and was all out of vanilla. Next time, they will be even better, lol. But even with my tweaks they were really good! - 11/15/10

These were fantastic! They rival a pancake house - I am not kidding. I will fix these often, even when it is not fall. The kids loved them. I put chocolate chips on theirs to resemble jack o'lantern faces. - 10/29/10

Excellent recipe, although I adjusted it some by adding; 1/2 of cinnamon & ginger, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg & cloves. & 1 1/2 ts of vanilla, & 1/4 c extra of the pumpkin...yum!! - 10/21/10

my eight year old is the pickiest eater and she loves these, especially because we made them as mini muffins and added some semi-sweet chocolate chips, delicious and easy to eat!! - 9/25/10
