Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Nutella Chocolate Hazelnut Spread1/2 Cup Granualate Sugar1/2 Cup Liquid egg substitute2/3 Cup All-purpose flour1/3 Cup Unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 tsp. Baking soda1/8 tsp. Iodized salt1/2 Cup Lowfat (1%) Buttermilk1/4 Cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cream together the Nutella and sugar. Stir in the egg substitute and beat until smooth.

Stir together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Alternate adding the cocoa mixture and buttermilk, begining and ending with the cocoa. Fold in the chocolate chips. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners. Divide the batter between the muffin cups, about 3 tbsps. per muffin. Bake for 22-25 minutes, until a tester comes out of the center clean and the top of the muffin springs back if pressed.
