Ingredients
4 egg whites2 eggsonionasparagusred pepperred potatogoat cheeseparma pruscuittoolive oilsalt pepperitalian seasoning
Directions
sautee potato, onion, pepper and asparagus in saute pan with olive oil salt and pepper. then mix the whites and 2 whole eggs together and pour over mixture. preheat oven to 350 when sides of egg mixture start to set and pull away from sides of pan transfer to oven for 10 min and then enjoy
