Toasted Cinnamon Walnuts

Ingredients
2 cups shelled walnuts1 egg white1 tsp water3 Tbsp sugar3 Tbsp brown sugar1 Tbsp cinnamon1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
Makes 12 servings

Preheat oven to 250 F.

In a large bowl, combine egg white and water. Stir in sugars, cinnamon and salt. Add walnuts and toss until coated. Spread walnuts on waxed paper on baking sheet.

Bake 60 minutes at 250 F, stirring ever 20 minutes.

Serve warm or cooled. Enjoy!

    Just made these today and YUM! I used a mix of 2tsp cinnamon and 1tsp ginger (+ replaced the sugars with calorie-free versions) and still these are EXTRAORDINARY. They're like candy!!!!
