parmesan cheese, brad crumbs, lemon juice, parsley, salmon
Coat salmon in lemon juice and allow to marinate for ~1h (not required). Mix together remaining ingredients. Pat salmon in mixture to coat both sides. Bake at 400 for 15m or until salmon flakes off easily.
