Honey Scallops

Ingredients
1/2 tsp lemon zest1/2 tablesppon lemon juice1/8 cup honey1/8 cup Dijon mustard1/2 lbs. scallops
Directions
Mix ingredients. Toss Scallops in mixture. Marinate for 30 mins in ziploc bag or bowl with plastic wrap for 30 minutes. Broil on both sides for 4 minutes. Baste with remaining marinade.

Great with Couscous and spinach.
