1 can Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Water85 g Denver Organic Tofu1 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard1 tbsp Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil

Mix it all together and serve on your favorite bread or wrap with lettuce and tomato if you prefer.
