1 cup oatmeal, cooked7 frozen strawberries1 1/2 cups soy milk2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
Directions
combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

For extra sweetness add protein powder of your choice. I add strawberry. Protein powder nutrition varies and is not included in the nutrition calculation.

    I made this for breakfast for me and hubby. It was a little chalky as is so I added about 1/2 cup of greek yogurt and a little ff coffee creamer french vanilla as well as a banana. - 7/14/10
