Ingredients
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 can Cream of Celery Soup2 cups frozen peas2 cups diced onions2 cups diced celery2 cups deiced red bell pepper18 oz tuna packed in water (drained)6 whole wheat lasagna noodles8 oz of lowfat swiss cheesefresh basil
Directions
Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Cook the noodles till just soft, they will continue to cook in the oven. Cut the swiss cheese into 8 1oz slices.
In a lasagna pan, spread a layer of tuna mixture, add 3 lasagna noodles, then 4 slices of cheese. Repeat the layering ending with the cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min. Let set and cool for 10 minutes, slice into nine equal portions and garnish with fresh basil. ENJOY!!
