BBQ Tofu and Vegetables

Sauce1/2 cup prepared mustard (I use spicy brown mustard)1/2 cup cider vinegar1 tbsp molasses1-2 tsp turmeric (makes it yellower)3 tbsp agave nectar or other sweetener1/4 tsp ground black pepper2 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp celery salt (optional)1/4 tsp rubbed thyme1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp cayenne (optional)Tofu and Veggies1 lb Tofu, cubed1 Red Onion in wedges1 zucchini, cubed1 red pepper, cubed
Mix sauce ingredients in sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes then pour over tofu and veggies in casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
