Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey 1/3 pound ground beef2 teaspoons of Famous Dave's Steak and Burger seasoning1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Makes 4-5 patties 1/3-1/4 lb each

It would change the nutritional information, but you should use the leanest meat you have available. I used 85/15 turkey and 90/10 beef.

Very important to cook these patties all the way through. You do not want to risk salmonella with undercooked poultry.

Combine all ingredients.
Form into patties.
Grill until well done.
