Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 Garlic Clove1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano1/2 Teaspoon Sugar1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Peel the garlic clove. Mash it or press it through a garlic press. Place in a small jar or a container with a lid. Add all the remaining ingredients. Cover and shake well. Serving size is 1 Tablespoon.
